Our Story

All Souls was Founded by Candice Marley, a lifelong advocate and outreach worker for the unhoused.

She is also a second generation US citizen. Her grandfather coming to the US from Brazil hidden in a banana boat.

At age 15 Candice spent a summer working in a slum in Mexico.

Witnessing these levels of poverty forever opened her eyes and changed her life.

In high school, Candice, a Denver native, worked serving meals at the Denver Rescue Mission.

While pursuing her business degree, Candice worked with Urban Peak in downtown Denver serving homeless youth.

Over the years Candice donated her time to organizations like Delores Women's Project and Thrive.

For years Candice had been doing grass roots outreach directly to those living on the street and in tents.

She has emerged as a passionate advocate and leader for the migrant and unhoused communities.

In August 2023, on a day that was anticipated to reach above 100 degrees, she witnessed a homeless encampment sweep at 225 & Parker. She watched one family completely displaced. She watched human beings being driven into an RTD shelter to escape the heat, left with nothing.

Witnessing this scene broke her heart and moved her to act in a more meaningful way.

She started advocacy that very day with local government on the issue and All Souls was birthed.
